How can I track my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email. This email will have a link to your tracking details so that you can keep an eye on its progress.

I am a UK customer, will I have to pay additional fees on delivery?

We have included customs and duties in our product pricing, so no additional fees will be charged to our customers living in the UK.

Can I return an item for an exchange?

Yes absolutely. If you would like to arrange an exchange please get in touch via the contact form or email hello@sineadkeary.com before returning your purchase to us. We will note your request and advise you on the next steps of the exchange process.

How do I return something to you?

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Our fulfilment team manages all of our returns and usually aim to have them processed within 14 working days of the item being received back to us. Rest assured your refund will be processed, and a notification will be sent to you to confirm this.
