We hope you love your SKTL purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items not marked as Outlet / Final Sale may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

  • Tags must be attached and original packaging included.

  • Items showing signs of wear (including make-up marks, scent, or damage) may be refused and returned to the customer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be registered via our returns portal before being sent back.

Registering your return allows us to process it as quickly and accurately as possible.

Outlet / Final Sale Items

Items purchased from our Outlet / Final Sale section are eligible for:

  • an exchange (subject to availability), or

  • a store credit note

Outlet/Final Sale Items are clearly marked on the product page at time of purchase.

Refunds are not offered on Outlet / Final Sale items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Republic of Ireland Returns

  • Please log your return via the returns portal first.

  • Once registered, you may return your parcel using any courier of your choice.

Recommended option:
We recommend using An Post Returns, where you can purchase a return label for €4.95 via their website:
https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns

When prompted:

  • Select SINEAD KEARY THE LABEL from the dropdown

  • Choose your preferred return method

  • Print your label and attach it to your parcel

You may also return your parcel in person at a Post Office, however we cannot guarantee the postage rate applied in-store.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply to international returns.
Any such charges remain the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless an item is faulty.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days (this may take longer during peak periods).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method for full price items.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Please allow additional time for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
