How to Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be registered via our returns portal before being sent back.

Registering your return allows us to process it as quickly and accurately as possible.



Return Eligibility

Standard Returns

  • Items not marked as Outlet / Warehouse Sale may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

  • Tags must be attached and original packaging included.

  • Items showing signs of wear (including make-up marks, scent, or damage) may be refused and returned to the customer.

 

Promotional Gift Return Condition 

If your order includes a complimentary gift, this item must also be returned in order for a full refund to be processed.

If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the full RRP from your refund.

Limited to one complimentary gift per customer during the promotional period.



Outlet/Warehouse Sale Items

When purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Where an order is cancelled within this period, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Outlet / Warehouse Sale items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery will be eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to availability.

Outlet / Warehouse Sale items are clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. Where an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, appropriate remedies will apply.

 


Republic of Ireland Returns

  • Please log your return via the returns portal first.

  • Once registered, you may purchase a label via our portal for €5.90 or you can return your parcel using any courier of your choice.

  • Please register your return via the returns portal first.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply to international returns.
Any such charges remain the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Where a customer exercises their right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, refunds will be processed in line with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days (this may take longer during peak periods).

  • Please allow additional time for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
