Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your SKTL order will be delivered.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • During busy periods (sales, launches, promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.


🇮🇪 Republic of Ireland Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all ROI orders that are placed before 1pm Monday - Friday, the next working day.

  • Orders are delivered via our trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.


🇬🇧 UK Delivery

  • UK delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times and issuance of tracking numbers take a little longer due to additional customs checks however rest assured UK orders will not be susceptible to customs & duties on arrival.

  • Orders are shipped using a tracked service.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or peak periods.


🌍 International Delivery

  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and courier.

  • All international orders are shipped using a tracked service.

Customs & Duties

  • International orders (orders outside of the EU/UK) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any customs charges incurred.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

  • Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Delivery Issues
